Our Sage Intacct Consultant will possess a strong knowledge of the Sage Intacct application and collaborate within a team of focused professionals dedicated to delivering world-class experiences to clients. This role involves strategically guiding clients through software implementation, delivering training, and providing post-implementation support. Responsibilities include conducting discovery meetings, creating documentation, performing project scoping, and contributing to business development.
You will actively participate in month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including maintaining the general ledger, preparing of journal entries and tracking of accounts receivables and accounts payables. You’ll review, code, and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and accruals. You will conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and general ledger maintenance as well as be responsible for reconciling assigned balance sheets and income statement accounts.
The Assistant Controller supports the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, reporting, and compliance. This role involves ensuring the integrity of financial systems and processes and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.
